Assuming you installed the printer's Full Feature Software, it is likely not the printer to blame.

Printer:

HP Photosmart C7180 All-in-One Printer

Full Feature Software:

File name: AIO_CDA_FSW_Full_Win_WW_140_408-5.exe

The Browser you are using to display the emails may lack the settings you need (for example, Page Setup to adjust the size / Fit-to-width).

The browser or program may lack settings to translate the content into something the printer can understand.  Odd fonts or images within the content is one possible issue of email print problems.

Other...

Chrome provides little in the way of setups -- one oddity in the Chrome browser as it shows on my Windows 10 Pro system:

Chrome > open web page > Settings > Print > More Settings >

Most of the content on the page (to be printed) does not show up on the preview screen...

Click Background graphics to UNCHECK > Click again to CHECK  Background graphics >

and the graphics and text finally show up as expected...

  • Try a different browser to open the email
  • If not using a browser > Check the settings for print in the email program you are using
  • If all else fails, download  / Snip the content, save it, and print the data as an image
  • Reinstall / Update your PDF Reader (Adobe Reader DC / Foxit)
