lampeggiano tutte le spie casa Aiuto torna indietro e la spia di accensione e da un messaggio di errore sul display ERROR CODE OXB3DB2A2B

Non riesco a trovare da nessuna parte una legenda dei codici di errore e quindi non riesco a capire che tipo di problema possa essere per intervenire

Hello, i have the same problem with an officejet 5220.

After a blackout I found the screen flashing as a Christmas tree, with error code 0xb3d87a2b. 

I tried unplugging for a while and that seems to correct the problem, until it comes back again. 

Can you help?
