posso spegnere la stmpante solo scollegando il cavo di alimentazione dalla presa

quando e accesa compare questa scritta "inceppamento carrello: aprire lo sportello, rimuovere l' inceppamento e premere ok per continuare" e sul computer c e scritto "carrello bloccato" non capisco dove, vi ringrazio se potrete aiutarmi.
