salve, posseggo una stampante hp officejet pro 7720, durante una fase di aggiornamento la stampante si è spenta, causa blackout rete elettrica, riportando il display della stampante ad una schermata blu con codice C9C70000 e successivamente non terminava l'avvio di sistema restando bloccata. il computer pur rilevando la presenza della stampante di fatto non vi è alcuna possibilità di aggiornare il firmware o altre operazioni in quanto lo stato della stampante rimane sempre occupato. chiedo se sia possibile avviare il ripristino di fabbrica pur sapendo che non ho possibilità di avviare qualsiasi comando da display.
