Hello,
I have a problem with another Printer officejet pro 6230, and the problem is the printer works normally but when I put to print something, shows for me this msg "the door on hp officejet pro 6230 is open".
Every thing is closed and if I try to align printheads in the HP menu, the page is printed normaly.
Someone know what's happen?

Hi @Gigliotti,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Try the below suggestions -
Close the ink cartridge door
Make sure the ink cartridge door is completely closed.
1. If the ink cartridge access door is open, close it.
\
2. If the cartridge access door is closed and the light is Power light blinking fast, the printer is in an error state. You can then resolve by following the on-screen messages on the device you are printing from. If you do not see any on-screen messages, try printing a document to generate an on-screen message.
Try to print.
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
