I bought a new pack of ink catridges and have been having this error. I have done a restart, cleaned etc but nothing seems to help. I saw an only post by DVortex (I think) giving a link to where a possible solution is but the link no longer works. Someone please advice

Please try these steps - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
