HP DeskJet 2652

Hello everyone,

 

My HP DeskJet 2652 has quit working suddenly. The display on it is no longer showing anything, and there are three solid orange lights on (Information, Resume, Ink Alert). I've tried resetting the printer several times, I've tried holding down the power and cancel button to reset it, but nothing seems to be working. Does anyone have a solution to help me get it working?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you have solid orange lights on the information, resume, and ink alert icon on the printer.

 

Try the below suggestions-

 

Reset the product

 

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Wait at least 60 seconds.

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

Reconnect the power cord to the printer.

Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

 

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware  

 

Try the steps in the document - Carriage jam or E3 error and  Blinking lights

 

If the issue persists, I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer
