Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dobrý den,

 

Mám novou tiskárnu hp deskjet 4535 

 

Když dám tisk např. u poznámkového bloku napíšemi to "neplatný popisovač"

 

Dal jsem v programu HP Print and Scan Doctor jsem se snažil to opravit  napsalo mi to 

 

                    splwow64.exe-ordinální číslo nebylo nalezeno

                    ordinální číslo 342 se nepodařilo v dynamicky propojované knihovně

                    C:/Windown/system32/spool/DRIVERS/x64/3/   mxdwdrv.dll nalézt

 

 

Nevím co dělat dále prosím o pomoc

Nechce se mi dávat po 2 týdnech do servisu
