i bought my HP Photosmart C4288 printer in China and uses Tricolor #861 and Black #860 ink cartridges. I now moved to Philippines and was advised the ink cartridge for this model in this region are Tricolor #75 and Black #74. I installed but getting an 'incompatible cartridges' error message on the printer. I searched online and seems i need to have my printer region reset with the assistance of HR support. how to contact or do this on my own? appreciate any help or advise. thanks 🙂

@Maroyski, Welcome to HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
