Was just sent new 934, 935 cartridges and my printer stopped working. Bought new HP that uses 910, they look the same are the compatible to use until I get my new 910 from HP instant ink?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the ink cartridge query. 

 

HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 All-in-One Printer is compatible with HP 910. You'd not be able to use any other ink cartridges. If the HP 934/ 935 ink cartridges are un-opened, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this.
