Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

Purchased the HP Envy 5020 for 6x4 photo printing and all photo's come out wet and blurry on any photo paper including tried HP photo paper.  All setting checked and correct when printing through HP app from my PC.  Tried mobile printing through HP app also and same results.

 

Any help appreciated.

One thing to check - make sure the photo paper is loaded with the side to be printed facing down in the tray.
