Microsoft Windows 11

I signed up for the print refill subscription while trying to install my new printer and now i have error code OXB8C48152 and all the lights flashing on my hp office jet 5264!

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your HP OfficeJet 5264 printer, indicated by error code 0XB8C48152 and all lights flashing.
Here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem:

Power Reset:

1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.​
2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.​
3. Wait at least 60 seconds.​
4. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.​
5. Reconnect the power cord to the printer.​ 
6. Turn the printer on.​  
 

Check for Obstructions:

  • Open the printer cover and ensure there are no paper jams or obstructions in the carriage path.​
  • Gently move the printhead carriage to confirm it moves freely.​


Update Firmware:

Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. Visit the HP support page to check for available firmware updates.​


Use HP Smart's Diagnose & Fix:

  • Download and install the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store or Mac App Store.​
  • Open the app and use the "Diagnose & Fix" feature to identify and resolve common printing issues.
