there is quite a price difference between the HP Envy Photo 6220 and HP ENVY Photo 7120 when i look at their specifications they look the same are they really the same?

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
Key difference (besides price) between the Envy Photo 6220 and Envy Photo 7120 is that control panel (2.7" Color touchscreen for the Envy Photo 7120 and 2.2" Mono Touchscreen), print speed and SD card slot.
Both printers uses the same print cartridges and supports 2.4/5GHz dual band wireless networks. These class of photos are known for the great photo quality prints.
