there is no error message, my zappos lable is now printing about 2 x 4 inches maybe....if i print an email, online statement or summary of an order, that is fine.....i contacted zappos twice now, they insist it is on my end with the printer.....printer has been running fine since i got it in april 2019 with the exception of it constantly being offline....

Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?

 

Meanwhile:

Update the printer firmware

Refer the steps mentioned in this HP document to update printer firmware:- Click here
