I understand when you print from your printer it is skipping lines.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Have you tried printing from a different application does the issue persist?
Does the issue persist when you make a copy from your printer?
Try updating the printer firmware and check if it helps.
Link to update the firmware.
If the issue still persists uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers.
Link to install full feature printer drivers.
Also, refer this article to further troubleshoot print quality issues.

Hi! @ceceliadon, It's great to hear from you again.
I appreciate your efforts for trying out the steps.
As you mentioned the issue still persists after trying out the steps.
Does the issue persist when you make a copy from your printer?
Put a paper on the flat bed scanner and select copy from the printer control panel and check if the lines are skipping while copying.
