Known solutions here, presented in the order to be considered / completed:

Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

If the issue is only with the one document (or only Word documents made from the same template),

Try changing to a different Font in the document

and / or

Embed the fonts into the Word document

Example

Word document > File > Options > Save

In section "Preserve fidelity when sharing this document"

Check / enable "Embed fonts in the file"

Optionally, UNCHECK the additional options in the same section
