If your HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer is recognized and receives print jobs but only prints blank pages, the issue could be due to several factors. Since you’ve already aligned it and cleaned the printheads, here are further steps to try.
Perform a Hard Reset:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
Check Ink Cartridges:
- Verify Cartridge Authenticity: Ensure you’re using genuine HP ink cartridges. Non-genuine cartridges may cause issues.
- Reinsert Cartridges: Remove and reinsert the cartridges to ensure they’re seated correctly.
- Inspect Cartridges: Check for ink leaks or physical damage on the cartridges. If damaged, replace them.
Update Printer Firmware:
Outdated firmware can cause operational issues.
- Go to the HP Support website.
