Product: Samsung MultiXpress SL-X4300LX Color Laser Multifunction Printer

Hi,

 

I am setting up this printer in our office and I would like for all the users to have to enter a code to be able to use it.

 

Can someone help me with how I do this? I have googled and tryed different settings, but don't seem to manage to figure it out... So hope there is someone who knows and can help : )

You will likely need to configure Job Accounting to do this. Here is a white paper that discusses advanced features http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06086187.pdf
