I cannot see/ connect to my Andriod device when trying to look at it from my HP laptop win10

How are you trying to connect? USB cable? Bluetooth?

I had the same problem with my Samsung phone until I went to Samsung, downloaded and installed their Mobile Devices driver.

 

We do not carry that driver, you have to get it from Samsung.
