Dear HP Support Team,

I own a Samsung ProXpress C4060FX printer. I recently formatted (reinstalled) the internal HDD of the device. After that, I attempted to reinstall the firmware using the official file downloaded from the HP Support website (Samsung_C406x_Series_V6.00.07.02.hds). However, when booting the device in System Recovery mode with the USB stick inserted, the printer displays "file not found."

From my research in technical forums and documentation, it seems that the file provided on the public HP website is a standard firmware update package, not the full **UI Recovery Firmware** required to restore the system after the HDD has been formatted.

Could you please provide me with the correct **UI Recovery Firmware (.hds)** file for the Samsung ProXpress C4060FX, either as a direct download link or via HP’s FTP server? This would allow me to fully restore the system and get the device operational again.
