Product: Multixpress X4300LX samsung
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is there anybody  who can help me out , how to set up the FTP server for my printer ?  specially my scanner cannot sent any message ...also the IP address is conflicted  with MY SSID.

You can either download a program that allows you to setup an FTP server on your PC such as Filezilla, or you can buy a network attached storage device such as a Buffalo TerraStation that can act as an FTP server. Either way, extensive information on setup is readily available and more useful than trying to type in those instructions here.
