Probably, you already know that HP doesn't care about their customers. That was the reason, I always refrained from buying HP products...besides their poor quality

Anyway, here's an update about our issue...

Just downloaded VueScan and it scans just fine, including PDF's. I would prefer Samsung soft but can't wait any longer for solution, need to get back to work.

Perform a (windows 10 update) downgrade to 1709 version , then it will work.

I have the same problem with my samsung xpress M2675F.

Good luck.

Follow the instructions in this link:

https://www.geeabo.com/downgrade-windows-10-1803-to-1709/

Prior to performing the downgrade make sure that you know your Windows password, otherwise you will get locked out

You're welcome.

Yesterday tooked me half a day to figgured it out what to do .

I was affraid that my printer caused an electronic shortcut , but it didn't, then i search on the net and i found your post and something related with an windows update, meanwhile i figgured it out that i performed that stupid update and the only way to solve the problem was to rollback to a previous windows update.

Best Regards....

PS : In the future if i can help with other problems (any kind of ...) i'll do it with pleasure...

Hi.
1.Try control panel maybe you find something there in the update history.
2.system restore point
3. Try to write to microsoft the problem, they'll have to find a solution for you.
That website that i give you said something like this : "You’d have to reinstall Windows 10 or restore your computer from a full-system backup to go back to a previous build after those 10 days are up."

So , if it passed 10 days it's a little big problem.

Hope this helps you.

See ya..
