Printer stopped working and message said replace imaging unit. I bought a new one but am having trouble inserting it. Even the old one won't go back in easily, and I think there's a trick to it. Can anyone explain, preferably with a photo or video showing precisely where to place it? Thanks

Having never even viewed one of these I am afraid I cannot provided exact details. However, often you need to angle the unit in first to clear stops designed to keep the unit from simply flying out if someone pulls on it. So as you insert the end not going into the printer should be higher than the side going in.

Thanks but I guess I wasn't clear. I didn't need to see the instructions as provided by Samsung. I need instructions on how to actually insert the imaging unit. The diagram isn't helpful because the unit doesn't fit u less you do something additional, and I haven't been able to figure out what that extra action is by watching YouTube videos kc people doing it. What's the trick to making it fit, please?
I even tried with the old one for practice - the one I'd removed - but I couldn't get it to fit either. I can see the grooves running down both walls, but can't figure out how to reach them.

Glad to hear you got it sorted. The upside down thing happens, I have even had seasoned techs do that so you are not alone.
