Product: ProXpress SL-C4060FX

From what I've heard on this forums its probably a HDD issue. 

I will replace it with a new HDD but i need to know how can I format the HDD so that it gets recognized by the printer.

Can anyone provide me with step by step on how to do so and with the files I'll need?
