Printing issues

HP Deskjet 3050 All in One J611

On my Samsung tablet when I press print on a document it says the printer is not available, then after awhile the document may appear, from there when I press the print icon it either doesn't print or takes a long time. Done all the switching off routine, It isseveral years old perhaps investing in a new one is the route  to take.

1) Are you able to print from any other devices?

2) Does the copy work?

3) What's app installed on your tablet for printing? 


While you respond to that, try printing using the HP Smart app - HP Printers - Using the HP Smart App
