We've been very happy with this model of printer for the past couple years. The other day there was a job caught in the job status and when I went to delete it from the queue, the printer LCD screen froze and was unresponsive. So I chose to power down the unit by unplugging the power supply cable for ten seconds. Now whenever I power on the unit, the printer is stuck in an infinite loop boot cycle. There's an audible click that occurs on the front left side of the unit along with a red solid light that is visible through the left side vent. Once the red light is triggered on, the printer briefly powers down for a moment and initiates the boot cycle once more continuously.
Since the printer is unable to complete a successful boot, I'm unable to troubleshoot in the printer's on board settings or log on via the SyncThru. Please advise, as local shops are not interested in servicing this unit.
