I really like my printer!  It prints a little dark, but...

The multi-page feeder (drawer) will not feed paper.  I have changed a couple of rollers.  Ready to change 'em again.  THEN...I noticed a little white plastic 1" long (?) roller under the bottom of the printer.  What is its appearance/function supposed to be?  Do I need to change that roller, too?

If I had a technical manual, I could provide the specific part identification and the respective number.  Someone?  Anyone?  Please?

I'm getting awfully tired having to feed the printer manually.  😞

Thanks!!
