Hello all,

 

i search for a Recovery HDD files C40xx_series_V11.01.00.06.00_FS_V19.00.00.00.63_HDD.ZIP or if not there older Version. The Harddisk of my printer is total dead and i change it. Now i need recovery and hp ftp is down or no more support.

Can somebody send me a link or file?

Hello,

I have the exact same problem with a X3220NR

as we can't navigate ftp.ext.hp.com/pub freely as I think we used to with ftp.hp.com, I can't find the hdd recovery files for my printer. can you provide me the link for my printer ?
