The device was awake from the sleep mode this morning after the weekend.

The device was then doing the calibration for a little extended time.

We turned off the device and then it was never turn on again.

There was a little noise coming out from the display panel inside the device.

Wonder which part should we troubleshoot first.

We have tried plug in the power cable directly to the wall, removing all the toner and so - nothing was working.

If you unplug the printer and leave unplugged for 5 minutes and then plug in, do you get any signs of life, flash from the control panel or a fan? Any noises when you do this. Also make sure that the outlet you are plugging into is live.

Yes, the outlet has power.

Control panel is black, nothing show up.

Nothing ever moved within the printer, while usually something would move when you trun on with the Samsung music.

The only thing is behind the control panel, as if there is a analog clock with the second pin moving sound.

My guess maybe the control board is dead.
