Product: Samsung Xpress c1860fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I use the feeder to scan or print it produces poor quality with vertical black lines. However when I use the glass or direct print from computer print quality is great. I have cleaned the small glass strip from feeder and no better. This is not a toner issue since it prints fine when the glass is used. It only happens when using the top feeder.

It should be the smaller glass, clean it again. Use some cleaning agent, not something aggressive.
Use the copy with the lines and place them near the smaller glass, the lines should align with the dirt on the scanner glass.
