I'm looking for updated 64 bit drivers for Catalina compatibility on my Samsung SCX3405W printer - is there any news from HP?

I'm also with the same problem. IF you get any info, please post it here so I can follow up on this.
In the meantime I'll have to print elsewhere. Such a great printer, now HP won't give us the support?!

I mangaged to speak to somebody in the help centre after waiting for AGES - this person told me that they would have compatible drivers ready by the end of November. I don't know if this is actually true but i'm just hanging on to see what happens. I agree with you, this customer service is non-existent ! - I'm using my partners MacBook, airdropping documents
to her (she has not installed the Catalina OS) and the print still works this way. Such a hassle!

Thanks for your input. I'm having to use an old windows machine I have to be able to print my stuff. I'm a teacher so it is a great hassle for me too.
I'll keep an eye out for this update, and if and when it comes, I'll let you know.
