Всем доброго времени суток!

 

Есть МФУ. Пользователи кладут в него необходимый документ и нажимают кнопку «сканировать». При этом сканер не начинает сканирование, а отправляет сигнал на компьютер через USB, к которому подключён. На компьютер всплывает диалоговое окно с вариантами: «HP Deskjet», «FoxitReader». (до установки PDF-вьювера был только 1 вариант)

 

Как сделать, чтобы это бестолковое диалоговое окно не всплывало, а сразу происходило сканирование файла?

I found where is there settings places. Look at screen. Thanks for a help!

There are multifunction device (scanner, printer in one). Users put the required document in it and press the "scan"button. The scanner does not start scanning, but sends a signal to the computer via the USB to which it is connected. On the computer POPs up a dialog box with options: "HP Deskjet", "Foxit Reader". (before installing the PDF viewer there was only 1 option)


How to make this stupid dialog box does not pop up, and immediately scan the file?

Hi,

From the Control Panel select Devices and Printers.

Right-click the HP Deskjet 3050 icon and select Scan Properties.

If no such option is shown, right-click your computer and select Scan Properties from there.

 

Within the Events tab select the option to always launch HP Scan and not to show that dialog.
