2 sided copy in copy menu

Hello,

I remember that I could do a double sided copy before, but the option double sided is missing in copy menu. I'm not talking about printing, it works well, but I do a copy, the options seems missing. Help me please

Perform a power reset

1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
5. Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
6. Turn on the printer.

Update the printer firmware

Hi,

Your printer supports automatic two-sided printing only, not two sided copying (ADF Duplexing)

A printer without an automatic document feeder would never be able to copy both sides of an original, it doesn't even have a feeder.

From the copy menu you should click the gear icon and find two-sided there, select 1 Sides > 2 sided and then follow the prompt to manually reload the other side to the Flatbed Glass.
