Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Support Community. The printer Automatic Document feeder support single sided scan only.
We'll suggest using the HP FULL Solution Software where it will automatically scan and arrange the pages (after a manual reload of the 2-sided documents)
Can you download and install the FULL featured printer software from HP for your operating system:
Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
