I to have an HP 5520 and have tried all the suggestions so far and nothing. The Scan to mail function still does not work, the printer says that everything is connected, the network test results all say Pass and yet it still does not work. I have changed the DNS names and still get the same connection error. Please help.

I tried your process and it  did not work. I keep getting "server connection error 403. The printer is a wireless HP phtosmart 6525 e all in one series  and it does print and scan, but since yesterday it wont scan to send to email.

Hello,

 

I was able to follow the steps until I selected Network Address when it then asked me for Authentication required.  ....Server says Admin.  It did not accept my username and password to get on to this site.  Please advise.

I just did these steps and still get the same error 403.

the printer does print wirelessly from all devices.

But scanning to email is not working,
