Product: hp officejet pro 7740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I can print to my networked OfficeJet Pro 7740 printer, but the HP Smart app will not find the printer so that I can scan to it.  Any ideas?  My IT Department is about as worthless as the HP Smart app.  Thank you in advance.

Uninstall the latest windows update KB5016616. Had same problem.
