HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

After upgrading the firmware, none of our Officejet printers can send or receive a fax.  I have restored to the factory defaults and I have paid to have a phone service person come out to test the quality of the fax line.  It attempts to send, I hear the ping from the other fax machine and then it says it got a 322 error and stops.  I am also not able to receive an incoming fax.

If you had read my post I indicated that I had a telephone company technician come out and test the line. All you did was just pass on a boiler plate response. It was of no help.
