Product: 8710 Officejet Pro Multi
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I recently purchased a new HP Officejet Pro 8710 - When I scan and use top feed - it make a noise while the paper is going through feeder,- (kinda like a grinding noise )... Can anyone explain why this happens and how or what to do  to fix it.  I've searched - but can not find anything.   Its brand new.

It does not use high tech rocket rollers, just normal plastics therefore that is normal.
