hello,
with old version to hp smart i don't have problem but wiht new version i can't scan with hp smart.
erreur message : A problem with the scanner has been detected. Restart the printer, and then try again. If the problem persists, visit the HP support website
I can scan wiht hp scan whit computer, i can scan whit hp smart with my Iphone et android phone.
I use hp doctor : no problem deteced whit hp smart
i have turn off my anti-virus and my firewall, always the same problem.
do you have solution for use scan wiht hp smart ?
my computer : w10 family
anti-virus and firewall : norton
printers : henvy photo 7134

Follow the steps below-
Uninstall the app from your Windows 10 device through the All Apps list.

In Windows, search for and open Apps & features.

Click HP Smart in the list of apps, and then click Uninstall.
Check for any updates on windows. Restart the computer and try to install the app. On your Windows 10 device, go to HP Smart (in English) to get the app from the Windows Store, and then follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the app.
Try scanning.
