All of a sudden the list of available paper sizes has become limited and A3 is now gone, the whole point of buying this printer was to be able to print A3. I'm not fluent with computers but tried to follow step by step instructions to download a new driver.. but it doesn't seem to have helped - Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
Thanks.

In general, after having installed the Full Feature Software for your Operating System, those print options that are available are set, adjusted, and viewed within the program you are using to submit the job to the printer.
HP OfficeJet 7510 Wide Format All-in-One Printer series - Software and Drivers
- Scroll down on the Drivers page to find video help to install the software.
- After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in.
If you have not done so, download, save, and READ:
Edits - based on comments from @JohnCarmichael
- I was not aware the A3 paper size was removed. I cannot verify -- I do not have this printer.
- Looking at the extracted data files, it appears the A3 paper size should (still) be there. ??
Rats.
If the A3 paper size is missing from the Printing Preferences after installing the latest Full Feature Software, and you must -- or want to -- leave the latest print software installed, try /consider:
Add-a-Printer > install the Windows Drivers for the device (without removing the FFS).
Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers >
Along the top ribbon: Add a Printer
Click The Printer I want isn't listed

Will this work?
Is it necessary?
Unknown - Results are based on observing driver settings after having installed the Drivers (both FFS and Windows print drivers) onto a Windows 10 Pro system.
Print Preview - Setting job options
Most document and image printing programs provide some form of "Print Preview" that allows you access to the various settings available to your printer, including: Media, Size, Source, Quality, Duplex.
Print options might be called by various names, for example: Printing Preferences, Print Preview, Page Setup, Properties, or Printer Shortcut
Specifications - "What the printer can do"
Certain "combinations" of settings are allowed.
The Specifications > Supported paper sizes indicates A3 (and A3+) is supported with Media type (kind of paper) Plain Paper.
This means:
When you want to print on A3 sized paper, you must select Media type "Plain paper" (wording may vary depending on program used to submit the job).
Additionally, there are restrictions on "Custom sizes" in that A3 (or a custom template equivalent) is not supported in the ADF (Automatic Document Feeder).
Printing Preferences
You can also set Printing Preferences. The method depends on your Operating System and software version.
For example - Recent version of Windows and Full Feature Software installed:
Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers > Right-Click on Printer >
Printing Preferences
Self-Help
From the extensive list of documents in How-to > Print > Instructions and Settings

The same thing happened to my 7510 wide format printer. Updating to the full version driver and updating the firmware DID NOT FIX IT. What DID fix it was removing the device from my computer then installing the ORIGINAL driver that came on the CD that came with the machine. This old 2006 driver brought back the A3 paper size and other sizes that were missing. After I installed the OLD driver, I changed the setting so that it would not automaticaly update the driver in the future. The new driver caused the problem!!!
In effect, the HP update destroyed our wide format printers by preventing them from printing in wide format. That was why I bought it in the first place!
