When I want to scan an A3 document it doesn't allow A3 to be selected, it doesn't appear as an option, and the maximum size it gives is less than A3

Hi,
from the HP Scan Software change the Scan Source from Automatic Document Feeder (if loaded) to Flatbed Glass, then A3 will become available as the scan size (as the printer only support scanning A3 from the glass).

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
Please ensure that the FULL feature software is installed. Then use the HP Scan to scan A3.
