ADF for 2 side scan and paper gets stuck

I tried scanning a page that is 2 sided and I have the option to do it, but when the ADF starts to scan the second page, the paper gets stuck. I fix the issue by taking the paper out, but now every time I try to scan the second side of the paper, it still gets stuck. What do I do?

If you have not done so, consider cleaning the ADF area and the ADF rollers.

Consider

• The paper you are using to scan the document may be too dry, too thin, or an odd size not supported by the ADF.
• The ADF may not support the paper size you are scanning for "duplex" or two-sided scanning.
