Hello community

I have an issue with my HP Color LaserJet MFP M476 DW printer.

 

It does not pickup the pages properly: I load the adf with some papers to scan, hit copy/scan. the lift plate is "lifting" the paper, the and the pickup roller as well as the separation roller are turning. But the paper does not get feed. It just doesnt move. I have to feed the paper manually for about 5 inch until it feeds by itself.

The scan results are flawless! there are no issues with the scan sensors.

I've cleaned the pickup and the separation rollers with some cloth and water. then I even used some post-it glue to make the rollers sticky again (was just an idea) but it doesnt seem to work.

Are there maybe any other broken parts ?
