Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When using the automatic document feeder (OfficeJet 3830), the final scan shows the document but also shows the power strip along the side of the scan.  Scanning with document on the scanner screen does not show the power cable.  This just started.  What can I do?
