Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.
HP Recommended
HP Officejet Pro 8625 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Unfortunately, we have never had an HP printer that will provided acceptable scans.  Between inaccessible dust under the scan glass, rollers pulling multiple versus single pages, and skewed scans, it is hard to recommend an HP product for scanning.  These long-term problems are posted about continually.

Regardless, we're making one more attempt to see if anyone has recommendations for fixing the problems of crooked scans?  We are using an HP Officejet Pro 8625.  All software and drivers are updated.  Furthermore, our ADF has had little use, we maintain the printer in a clean environment, and we have tried scans both with and without the 'STRAIGHTEN' feature.  The original document is pulling in straight from the ADF or laid flat on the scanner glass.  This has been a problem from the first day the printer was purchased but seems worse of late.

Does HP or anyone else have an updated solution for this frustrating dilemma for so many?
