Hi

By using the printer control panel, I am able to Scan to email. But unable to Scan to network folder. 

I checked everything.  Reboot the router, reset the printer, have the most updated firmware. 
When I press Apps. It always says ‘server busy’. 
I am also able to Mobile Print my document. Using HP Smart app to Scan to Network folder or to email.  I don’t understand why I cannot ‘scan to network folder’ by using the feature on printer control panel. 

please kindly help me.
