HP Color LaserJet Managed MFP E87640
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All

We currently have scan to storage enabled on our  LaserJet Managed MFP E87640 printers.

Is there a way a user can browse to the printer/scanner to view the folders created on the MFP and retrieve their jobs?

Thanks

No, currently that is not an option that is offered and my believe part of the reason is that HP does not want people trying to use the harddrive in the printer as a NAS (network attached storage). The amount of traffic and data movement could severely hamper printer performance and result in customer complaints about slow response when printing and device unavailable errors. If you need a NAS, purchase one of the many off the shelf products designed for this application.
