Office Pro 8620
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to update the listing of fax numbers to use in my printer by importing them from Microsoft Outlook 2010. Windows 10 does not seem to have a “contacts” folder anymore, now that they are using their “people” database.

How can I use my Outlook contacts as a source for fax numbers with this printer?

Hello, @hdowning1 – Hope you are well 🙂

Thanks for reaching out! I'd like to help!

I understand that you are trying to add the address book by importing from the Outlook. I am afraid you do not have an option to import the outlook contacts to your printer.

You can try and use the “Speed-Dial” feature to dial those numbers quickly by using the printer control panel.

To set up speed-dial entries:

1. From the printer control panel display, touch and slide your finger across the screen and then touch Setup.

2. Touch Fax Setup.

3. Touch Speed Dial Setup.

4. Touch Add/Edit Speed Dial, and then touch an unused entry number.

5. Type the fax number, and then touch Next.

6. Type the name for the speed-dial entry, and then touch Done.

7. Touch OK.
