To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Hi @Jeffreyb1,

 

Thanks for your reply. I am afraid this printer is not compatible with Mac 13 os. You may have to try the Airprint option.

Until HP comes up with a new driver the only solution is to buy a new printer. Thanks for your input.
