This HP Deskjet 4133e is horrible . I have only been able to use this printer once. All the lights are blinking. I called customer service and they instructed me to reset the printer . I have done this a million times and it is still not working . What is the solution ? At this point I regret buying this brand of printer

After a reset, please use HP Smart app to setup and connect the printer to the network.
